His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah set the vision for the hospital as:

"A state of the art teaching hospital with eminent clinicians working in a modern environment with a high degree of Information & Communications Technology support for clinical practice".

This approach also enables the teaching of medical and allied health professionals in an environment which will equip them for a future career in which digital technology will play a major role in supporting clinicians. University Hospital  - Sharjah will be an international teaching hospital of excellence with human and physical resources that lead the Region.
