Implanted patients need to see the doctor or pump manager periodically before it runs out, to get the pump refilled with baclofen. The amount of refills depends on what concentration of drug is being used.

Baclofen Pump Programming is the process of setting up when and how much baclofen gets delivered in to the implanted pump.
