This service is made possible through the cooperation of several key government entities, including the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Ministry of Finance, and the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
It is further supported by Dubai Health Authority, Emirates Post, Emirates Health Services, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and additional federal and local partners working together to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
