An honorable presence by the University Hospital Sharjah team at the annual awards ceremony for Pink Caravan Partners 2024, in recognition of our distinguished team’s valuable contribution to raising breast cancer awareness.

The management and staff of University Hospital Sharjah were honored to receive the award from the Breastfeeding Friendly Association of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, for their efforts by maintaining the requirements of the baby friendly hospital.

University Hospital Sharjah has announced the renewal of its sponsorship agreement with the Investment and Commercial Development Company of Sharjah Sports Club. This partnership continues to provide specialized healthcare and medical services to the club’s athletes. The announcement was made during a press conference held in the conference hall of University Hospital Sharjah, attended by H.E Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Muhairi, Chairman of Sharjah Health Authority and Chairman of Board of Trustees, UHS and H.E.

Dr. Khalifa Al Nuaimi,CEO UHS, welcomed a delegation from " Dana-Farber Cancer Institute". The visit included an informative tour of the hospital’s various departments, where ways to collaborate in enhancing the medical sector and developing joint initiatives to support healthcare services in the Emirate of Sharjah were discussed

A cooperation agreement has been signed between the Digital Dental Center and the University Hospital Sharjah for providing dental treatment under general anesthesia at the University Hospital Sharjah.   This collaboration comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare and deliver advanced dental services to the community, contributing to the support of the healthcare sector and the development of medical services in the Emirate of Sharjah.  

The University Hospital Sharjah and Himchan Spine and Joint Center celebrated the 6th anniversary of the center’s establishment, which stands as a model of exceptional collaboration between the United Arab Emirates and South Korea in providing high-quality, specialized healthcare for spine and joint disorders.

A comprehensive tour of Dr. Khalifa Al Nuaimi Hospital, CEO, University Hospital Sharjah and Noura Al Awadhi, General Manager and Support Engineer, was part of a major step to enhance cooperation between the hospital and Samitivej. This visit comes as part of the collaborative efforts to improve healthcare through the exchange of mutual experiences
