Cancer screening and early detection of cancer program is now a necessity for the increased health awareness for the prevention of many gynaecological cancers including breast, uterine and cervical cancer. Uterine Cancer happens mostly in women over 55 years of age.

Colposcopy is a procedure in which a special magnifying instrument called a colposcope is used to look into the vagina and into the cervix. The colposcope gives an enlarged view of the outer portion of the cervix. Colposcopy is done when there are abnormal changes in the cells of the cervix as seen on a Pap test

Family planning services is an important clinical service for our postnatal care to optimize women's health care and reducing unplanned pregnancy and provide the safest form of contraception. Family planning has several benefits such as prevention of pregnancy-related health risks, sexually transmitted diseases (such as AIDS), slowing the growth of population and decreasing the rate of infant deaths.

Contraception, also known as birth control practice is prevention of pregnancy by interfering with the whole process of conception and implantation. In the current scenario, numerous methods of contraception are in practice and include barrier or hormonal method, withdrawal, natural family planning, abstinence, and sterilization (surgery).

Menopause is a natural process that takes place in a woman’s life as she reaches her early 40's or 50’s. It is the condition where the production of menstruation regulating hormones such as oestrogen and progesterone starts to decrease.As the time of menopause (perimenopause) is approached, one may experience irregular menses, dryness of the vagina, sagging of the breasts, dry skin, thinning hair, slow metabolism, weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, problems with sleeping, and mood changes.

A high-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that poses a threat to a woman before or during pregnancy, or after delivery. A high-risk pregnancy demands regular monitoring and special care of both the baby and mother throughout the pregnancy. Recognizing the cause of high-risk pregnancy and taking care of the baby and the mother is considered the best strategy to prevent complications.

Is the most up to date technology for surgical procedure (minimally invasive surgery). Only few millimeters incision at limited sites with the use of a camera will allow performing complex surgical procedures with faster recovery minimal pain and few hours of hospital stay before hospital discharge. Resumption of full activity in few days.
