Dr. Youssef Mohammed is a German Board–certified Consultant Neurologist with more than a decade of international clinical experience across Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. He has worked in leading teaching and tertiary care hospitals, with extensive exposure to stroke units, neurological intensive care, emergency neurology, and advanced virtual care models, including virtual stroke services.
 He is licensed by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi. He is recognized for his expertise in neurovascular diagnostics, neuroradiology, and neurophysiological evaluation, alongside senior roles in clinical supervision, governance, and postgraduate medical education.
