Requirements for E-Birth Notification

For UAE Nationals:

  1. Original Emirates ID (for Father & Mother)

  2. Passport for father & mother (UAE ICP)

  3. Family Information (UAE ICP)

  4. Certificate of Marriage (for First Baby)

For Other Nationalities:
  1. Original Emirates ID (for Father & Mother)
  2. Passport for father & mother (UAE ICP)
  3. Marriage Certificate attested form the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE

*For Mabrouk Mayak Service:

  • Presence of the father personally

  • Picture of the baby (white background – soft copy)

  • Please make sure that the personal information is updated for both parents through "Emirates Identity Authority"

  • All official documents must be valid

  • Download UAE PASS application 

  • Download UAE ICP application 

*Location and Timing for Birth Notification & Mabrouk Mayak Services:

Time: From 08:00 - 16:00 (Sunday to Thursday)

Location: Female general ward & Pediatric( Substation)
