Requirements for E-Birth Notification
For UAE Nationals:
Original Family Book
Original Passport (for Father & Mother)
Original Emirates ID (for Father & Mother)
Original Certificate of Marriage (for First Baby)
For Other Nationalities:
Original Passport (for Father & Mother)
Original Emirates ID (for Father & Mother)
Original Marriage Certificate attested form the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
*For Mabrouk Mayak Service:
Presence of the father personally
Picture of the baby (white background – soft copy)
Please make sure that the personal information is updated for both parents through "Emirates Identity Authority"
(Must attend in person)
All official documents must be valid
