University Hospital Launches an Advanced Interventional Radiology Machine

Under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and in support of advancing the healthcare sector with the latest technologies, the University Hospital Sharjah has inaugurated the new Interventional Radiology (IR) system. This state-of-the-art device is the latest of its kind in the UAE and among the most advanced imaging systems globally, offering biplane imaging for complex procedures, high precision with low radiation doses, advanced clinical outcomes, and global reliability in the field of interventional radiology.
