Cardio-Oncology Workshop – Sharjah 2025

University Hospital Sharjah hosted the Cardio-Oncology Workshop – Sharjah 2025 on Monday, April 28, with the participation of leading experts from Royal Brompton Hospital in London and specialists from University Hospital Sharjah. The workshop was attended by Dr. Abdulaziz Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of UHS and Chairman of Sharjah Health Authority, who emphasized the importance of this collaboration launched through a generous initiative by Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi to establish the Virtual Center of Excellence for Cardio-Oncology. The workshop also highlighted the successful collaboration in advancing cancer patient care and the exchange of expertise between international medical institutions.
