International Infection Prevention Week 2023 celebration at UHS

A week-long fun-filled educational activities and competitions were conducted on October 22 to 26 to celebrate the International Infection Prevention Week 2023. This year’s theme is “Celebrating the Fundamentals of Infection Prevention”. The event was organized by the Prevention and Control of Infection Committee with the support of the hospital’s Executive Committee. The aim of this celebration is to highlight and showcase the importance of infection prevention and control among healthcare workers, patients, families, and visitors.
